FTTH? I am actually hoping to score on one of those LTE deals. It's the only option that i trust will work without hassles for me. No fiber coverage here

Exactly, which is why I was asking what was the point of the guy mentioning that he can get data via fibre... some people can't get Fibre and LTE is the only option. And the topic is about Telkom LTE, not fibre... :)

If the FUP is 50gb how would someone get to DL tb's?

What does that actually mean, p2p gets throttled after 50GB but you can watch HD YouTube videos or Netflix /Hulu 24/7 no problem and no limit?

wow, that's an awesome speed for your colleague, were is he/she based ? and do you know if they have an external antenna installed ?

Kensington, yes external antenna just to make it stable.
