TelkomInternet: Error with email sending...

A client of mine has TelkomInternet as ISP, and they are getting this error when they send out an email to more than one person at a time:

Any ideas? I phoned 10215 (4 times) but the guy can't hear me...

Try using smtp.saix.net for smtp.

It might be due to the telkom server being blacklisted somewhere? I've since opened a googlemail account, and I use the gmail smtp for my telkom email aswell. Haven't had a problem since then. I've done it with my mothers, sisters and clients computers who were having problems with telkom.

Thanks for the replies guys. Had them change the SMTP to smtp.saix.net, and now this is the error they get:

Call telkom internet. There is definately something wrong with thier smtp's. I warn you though, it takes them 2 hours to figure out they don't know what's potting - and then 4 days for someone more senior to call you back, and after you've taken all the anti-virus, all the firwalls and disabled everything on your router, they will tell you it's still YOUR computer. (Even though it works sending mails to any other smtp.)

Phoning them is like trying to phone my grandmother who passed ago 8 years ago.

Funny thing is it works when you send to 1 person only. But as soon as they adding more than one at a time, it bombs out!
