Telkom's ADSL cap problem

I have heard that Telkom's ADSL cap of 3GB per month can be breached by logging onto some site or another that stops Telkom from assessing one's usage. Is this true, or just another case of 'wishful thinking'?

Are you referring to nocap.co.za? It seems as though you're describing a proxy.
