Yup - they've gotta problem... (dunno what - they don't answer the phone, but maybe it'll come right overnight)...[!]

Tried phoning again and now have a recorded message response saying that they know they have a prob with the mail server, they're working on it, and 'will be resolved shortly'. Maybe they're doing a re-config on Postfix/Squirrelmail to stop spam propagation by authentication against domain name...

Errr... it was a public holiday dudes, didn't you know that government servers were recently infected with the "clocking off early from work" virus?[] I think it's best you take leave over the Easter weekend too...[]

Tuesday 09h00 : no mail(but pop3.telkomsa.net responds to pings) - even the http://webmail.telkomsa.net web server is offline!!!

Still getting mail coming in and outgoing mail works via smtp.dsl.telkomsa.net though.

Outgoing seems to be Ok.

POP3 (incoming) still not working.

It's now 15h40 and managed to get in on the Squirrelmail facility. There's no sign of past mail or folders, however - just an empty inbox. Hopefully they're still in the process of recovering same (hope their PFY's know what they're doing)...
