Hi there

Please tell us what you want from your mobile provider (Vodacom, MTN, Cell C or 8ta), and stand a chance to win a 7’’ Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.

To enter:

  • Tell your mobile provider what you want. It will be advisable if you go beyond ‘lower prices’, and tell them what type of services or products you want.
Please post your opinion before the end of business on Friday 27 July. Standard competition rules apply.

Sample entry

To Vodacom: I would like to be able to add a data contract on top of my standard voice contract (hence I would like to add your 1GB data promotion on my existing voice contract where I get a phone with it).

Dear MTN,

How about focussing on your existing customers, rather than chase new ones? Give us:
Clear, continuous calls that don't get dropped. (Yes, I know that the network is crowded and fixing this costs. But that's look after your existing customer base)
A website that enables us to manage our accounts and is not an advertising tool.
A call centre that does not tell us "your call is important to us" with the rest of the phone-in experience telling us the exact opposite.
Use crowd-sourcing to find out (and tell us) what apps work on our smartphone (Android/iOS/Whatever) and which hinder the service.
Contracts that don't require a Ph.D. in Law and de-obfuscation to understand.

Are you retarded, blind or both? The post literally right above you said to enter in the other thread.

/facepalm

No, it's necessary. I'm tired of people blatantly not following the rules. They just don't listen.

Who cares? They obviously not gonna be entered into the comp if they post here. So they lose anyways. I Just think what u said bout being deaf etc wasnt a leka move. But anyways chill a bit, its late in the evening.

Dear 8ta

You have had a great beginning and You continue to be stronger than the rest of Your competitors, first I would like to say sorry for all the foul talk I have had with your complaints department personnel. (Nutshell)I had no service for almost two weeks and thought that you never cared, but you did. For you are so focused on your customers than on your profits and new businesses.

All I want from you is to keep your existing customer service department personnel, and your financial CEO.

I have never seen a service provider like you are, so keep your industrial psychologist happy, he read correctly what service providers need and what customers also need.

I think it's best to close the thread for now. :)
