Temperature gauge misreading?

The ambient temperature sensor is usually mounted somewhere on the front bumper. If you knock or scrape your bumper it can cause the sensor to break from the mount and give inaccurate readings. I have seen this once before on my old car after clipping the sensor back into the mounting bracket it started to report the correct temperature.

Where is the sensor for the dash clock/temp gauge mounted on the Corsa C?
