Temporary relocate fibre line

I am currently building and need to temporary relocate the run of the cable. Technically it comes down to cutting off the plug, pull the wire all the way out and placing it over the roof and back in and attach a new plug again. Until the building work is done whereafter I need a permanent relocation of the line.

How easy is it to attach a plug and can only Vumatel do it?

Don't touch their equipment.
Rather get hold of em and ask them to come out to do what you need done.
The fibre needs to be re-spliced which requires specialised equipment.

If you have pre-spliced cable you can just unplug it and pull it out. If they spliced it into the termination box you have to ask them to help out.

Thanks. It has a little plug that goes into the ONT. I will try to see if it fits through the hole in the wall if not, I will contact them to set up an appointment for them to move it for now
