I agree. I saw that part of the match. I couldn't see how that was a foot-fault. Her demeanor was disgusting and I'm glad she lost. However, I have to say, the umpires and linesmen were atrocious for the entire tournament so far, especially in last night's match which was Federer vs. Djokovic.

I don't know where the word 'kill' came from, judging by the many clips there are of the incident. Think she would have lost anyway. That little lineswoman should come and lineswoman an EPL game if she took offence to that

I guess what I'm saying is that her fine and what not is appropriate, but I doubt if official's life or well being was in danger...
She should be made to apologise publically too though, or face an indefinite ban until she does. They need to take it seriously.

Thanks ...but totally different kettle of fish imho.

He has every right as everyone else to vent frustration at himself or to take offence at a stupid photographer clicking away as he takes a backswing.

I don't recall Woods swearing at one of the judges (officials) for an incorrect intepretation.
