If they fail to live up to societies expectations, they drag everyone around them to their level.I agree it's terrible. And it's all over Cape Town ever since the lockdown. I live close to a small tent city and it's just getting worse and worse. They make a huge racket they don't follow curfew. it's hookers and drug addicts and dealers. It's Eventually it's going to be a marconi beam type camp. The numbers just double every week, sometimes the cops kick them out. Then they're back in a few days later.
They're getting prime real estate for free. The do gooders supply them with expensive tents and nice meals 3 times a day. If you're going to do that, take them live on or in front of or on your property!?
It's going to be terrible for tourism. Really disgusting situation so unfair for people who've bought or rent properties close to these degenerate hubs. This shouldn't be allowed.
