Alright so back to the topic at hand.
I think I would agree that the way to convince anyone at Tesla would be to show there is demand in SA for their product.
What are the real conclusions about tax? How does Haval and GWM still land cars cheaply when they don't manufacture here?
I imagine the best bet will be Tesla China sending cars to SA so don't think they will be too harshly disadvantaged vs others and not at all vs other Chinese EVs
