Where did they do this?

The Mobile Network companies are NEVER interested and don't care about outside the cities on Plots and Farm areas and since the beginning there has never, ever been good signals or fast speeds out here. So MTN rolled out 1,316 new 4G sites, but not even 1 nearby this area!

I spoke to a guy at the MTN Coverage Centre, an asked, when are they upgrading in these areas, he just answered... "They are busy", but I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting...
