My tests were all conducted between 8 am and 8.30 am SA time. When many peeps are on their way to work and not on the internet. In the evenings it becomes really slow more often than not and if one is watching something online it starts buffering so much as to be impossible to watch - every couple of seconds sometimes. Chews up one's package.
