I like to complain when things does not work, but I also need to give kudos where it's due.

I experienced slow connection speeds a while back and queried it with the Telkom Mobile Social team. My query was handled promptly and sorted out. I received another call from them today to just check whether I am now satisfied with the speeds after they upgraded the local tower.

Thanks to the whole TM Social team for managing this professionally - I am porting all of my numbers to TM over the next year as and when contracts expire.

A satisfied customer.

I Telkom mobile had account issues, promptly resolved.
So 1 contract sorted already moving next one when possible
