This is a huge compliment to one of the guys at Sentech. I dont know if he is in support or somewhere else. But Adrian... you are a star. Not only were you the first to take my complaint seriously, but you took ownership of the situation and kept in contact with me and endured to get my problem sorted out.

If upper management see this... best you put Adrian in charge of certain things there cuz he certainly seems to know what client care and service is about.

i hope its true but there is no evidence and sentech have a big suprise coming there way ..

well... my international speeds average around 5 - 7Kb (which is not great comapred to before) but certainly beats the **** outta the constant 3Kb I used to get since tghe "big fix"

And my national speed is approximately 10 - 13 kBytes/sec

But lets see how it lasts and I would prefer faster speeds international hence my ticket still being kept open, but I can vouch that 2nd level exists...

well at 7Kbs you are on my wireless 56 a big jump from 48 and certainaly somthing to be happy about

aww come on its atleast a myWireless 64... and the ticket is still open there is hope... with no hope of ADSL coming in my area (fibre optics), and a 56.6k modem as an alternative I'm happy for about another week.

and atleast some people at Sentech are trying...

Actually vowthorn Telkom now install mini-DSLAMS as a last mile (at the end of the fiber) .. I thought I was in the same situation as you - seems ADSL IS now available to me - even though there's fiber leading up to the box 300m from my home.

hmmm... well neeldess to say I am now bored of 5-7k range...

Will look into that but am curious to see if Sentech do improve... I mean 10Gb "soft cap"...
