Was watching the Ab reel they had on during the break.. got me thinking, SA really hasn’t produced match winners like that for a while now it’s weird too as you, as a cricket watching fan become aware that the players are a notch above the rest.

Given that it takes upward of 5yrs to develop these players and SA not having anyone that level overlapping we in for a sucky 3-7yr period.

Arguably isn't a match winner when it really counts, I think this is true for the vast majority of our best players.
