You both do realise he was signed by an ipl side this past season. If he is as terrible as you think he would be nowhere near an ipl deal. Also has a Caribbean t20 deal.

Dear @Hamish McPanji, your optimism should be richly rewarded. I wish I could share just a smidgen of it. Scraping 3 games seems a really tall order when we folded to Bangladesh. I suppose anything is possible.

Cannot agree more! The IPL franchises had no reason to look after any of the players. That responsibility should have come from CSA. Given their financial woes, their heads are up their jacks.

At least we still have the Windies and Afghanistan to root for!
