I have never heard of any family, friends, friends of friends etc dying of penile cancer. My grandfather battled with first prostate cancer, then lip cancer and final lost the battle to throat cancer. Maybe I must have my lips and prostate removed now rather.

I know a 40-odd year old who was advised he needed to have it done for reasons unknown to me at the time. It was a family friend and we only knew about it as his state after the op was a big ongoing joke. Apparently not at all pleasant.

The chances of contracting HIV in healthy males is about 5%

Reducing that by 50% means you reduce it to 2%

Its a statistical anomaly. The circumcision campaign is mainly to move people away from bush (botched) circumcisions.

and if you think that it only happens in the bush my friends kids bris was botched... and that was in the UK as well.
