If you use the ABCC to pay for stuff you will lose those points.
It's better to cash it out and use your FNB CC to swipe.
That is scaryI finally managed to get the USSD code method working and check my balances and also to change my Pin.
Its not very secure though, if you select the forgot Pin option, it allows to get into your account with only your ID number.
I chose to withdraw everything from ABNA 8 days ago, received it yesterday. ABNA still reflected online with a few rands so I assumed account was still open.leave R500 so you don't have to open the account again withdraw the rest.

Yes and no. Lets say I only use 10k credit a month. if I easypay 10k to abcc and that its and use that as my daily card and fnb cc for petrol thats a good approach. Beyond that 10k I would only use FNBCC again if that makes sense. I hate all the hassle of withdrawing and depositing. I use my 10k first on the abcc card and carry on with the rest (beyond 10k) on fnbcc
Guys just try to make life easier....
i have an AB NA, but when trying to log in online, its saying i need to authenticate myself.. any idea what this means? people in branch have no cooking clue!

So how do you withdraw funds?I have the same issue for the last month - between the branch and the call center - still not sorted
Maybe you should try and apply at the branch where I did mine? They are early looking for new customers, however if the system is showing you owe money I doubt they would be able to help.i need some help guys, i was in AB yesterday yet again to try for this CC. after almost klapping the d1ckwad manager, i was told that according to "amnesty" (whoever in hell that is) i owe an amount of R4500 to FNB - WHICH I DONT AND CONFIRMED WITH FNB!
AB is saying i have to submit a "paid up letter" to the bureau to update my profile as it has not been updated since november 24th.
does this sound right to you guys? what do i do from here? who do i email this letter to? can anyone help with contact details?
