i've been struggling with this for a month now. branch doesn't know what to do, customer service center doesn't know what to do, head office doesn't know what to do. for the sake of my own sanity, i just gave up...

would appreciate a PM if you manage to get yours up and running at some point

So after 5 trips to the branch and about 10 phone calls, the call center has managed to fix my online profile and i can now log in.
Its unbelievable just how useless they are.

so two more trips to the branch should do the trick for me :crylaugh: .. you have any idea what they did? something that would allow me, the customer, to advise them on how to use their own system?

ok well the lady at the branch told me that a query needed to be logged on the profile(which she did) and then head office would call me for the authentication, how dumb. I dont know where AB got their **** procedures from

went through the exact same 'procedure', nothing came of it. that's why I'm hoping Awesum can give us some guidance

got a reply from HO now related to the online registration process, they say "Please go into the bank to Authenticate yourself"

LOL ... well, been doing it for a week now ... cant register myself anywhere on earth via the AB website ! L O L

I wish I knew what worked.

The branch sent an email to their HO after failing to authenticate my profile but nothing came of it. So today I took the reference number that the call center have me and gave it to the branch manager. He emailed that number to their HO and told them to have it resolved by the end on today. I then later called the call center again and gave them the ref. She told me that they were working on at that moment and that I should give them till 4pm today. About an hour later I tried to register again and it worked.
The previous trips to the branch were with them battling to resolve it.

I'm not sure which part of this process actually got it resolved, if any. The last call center agent told me that my query was in a queue and they only got to it at that time.

They still haven't called to to tell me that it's working.

I don't get why you're applying after you sent me a message saying you're closing our ability to use it for eB?

Think you missed our conversation totally. Like i said .... eB is changed. There is way better ways to do damage, and I am testing that theory.

Driving someone nuts, that people can make it worth their while to get something out of FNB, who by the way also makes lots of monies anyways.

I chose to withdraw everything from ABNA 8 days ago, received it yesterday. ABNA still reflected online with a few rands so I assumed account was still open.

I'll call head office to confirm if my ABNA is still open, I assumed that it stopped reflecting 3 days ago due to website issues.

Confirmed with AB that choosing to withdraw full amount automatically closed the ABNA, will reapply for a new one.

A couple of people have challenges with the open of accounts at AB. I also want to start with the artificial spend, I guess the ABNA would be the best way for me. Would I be correct to say only ID and proof of residence needed???

Yeah but the naai balls need the bank statement for proof of the account to pay out to
