From the FAQ for WWCC
http://www.woolworths.co.za/store/f...yCjlX!1564803038?faqId=cat701365&content=faqs

Besides calling into the call centre, where else can I view my balances?

Here's a list of our alternative self service solutions:
Balance enquiries (straight facility) can be done at any ABSA ATM in South Africa
Log in or register online. Once you've linked your card details to your online account, you'll be able to log on anytime to view your balances
Download the app https://m.woolies.co.za
You can also dial *120*985# on your cell phone and follow the instructions

tried the wwcc app, it works well, clean and simple.

i kept getting an error when trying the wwcc ussd code

I would never have even looked at AB if it wasn't for eB, but now that I have 2 accounts with them I decided to look at their investments. There return on investments are better than all the other banks.
I'm going invest some more money with them.

Yeah I noticed that as well. I really hope they improve their customer support's ability to assist customers and also their tools available online to customers.

I honestly believe that they will. They have a lot of problems and a long way to go, but they are clearly ambitious, and really do try to help the customers. My general experience interacting with AB employees has been a positive one. Might be a mild case of Stockholm Syndrome, but through my struggles I've actually grown quite fond of them :crylaugh:

Hope they do well

Since there is no wwcc thread as yet i will post here as most wwcc posts are here

Eft out to beneficiary does not incur a transaction fee

On newly opened accounts daily beneficiary payment limit is capped to 5k. Callcenter advises this limit should be lifted after 10days. Furthermore they have also advised beneficiary payment is seen as a purchase on the cc account, and if statement is settled in full as per due by date on the statement, no interest will be charged

Cash withdrawals have a max daily limit of 7.5k

I did do payment to the wwcc yest, got the fnb sms, but payment is missing on the app and online not even under pending. Any1 else having an issue like this?

Do a settlement quote online. The letter will have the easypay number on it.

When you see ppl in public with:
FNBCC ABCC AND WWCC you know they know :p

ABCC is enough for me ..i'm starting to notice, the cashiers already know where I'm heading when I pull out the ABCC without any groceries in hand, especially at checkers :crylaugh:

making a payment to my WWCC at the WW counter using my ABCC would count as a POS transaction, and would therefore be interest free for 60 days as per AB's terms even if paid for using my available credit (not my own money paid into ABCC account). correct?

The same will apply with wwcc if paid into abna
