My statement has fees for R99.48 and vat for R13.92
I also got paid a small amount of interest.
I'm not able to register for online banking. I got gold credit card and I wanted to register but after filling in personal details and selecting a user name( which was auto filled with my ID number)and selecting a 5 digit pin it pops up error saying operation couldn't complete please authorize yourself at nearest branch to complete process. I went and explained this at branch and they send an email to HO. Now after a week nothing has happened am still not registered.
How did you guys manage to register.? They called me yesterday buy did nothing to sort this out. Please help

African bank official reply to me this morning:
we are not happy with one of your documents ,please apply with another bank....
but they couldn't even tell me which document , i suspect its a copy of my ID because i was asked to resend it in color a day before my application got rejected....

As it stands, without Checkers vouchers, not sure if any of us really want to take business to them using the ABCC. ABNA maybe, but the value for the ABCC quickly goes away, unless you want to use it to maximize spend at Checkers, but I am not sure if that is worth the monthly fee.
i am hope the checkers vouchers will come back or at least something else worth while (the return of makro vouchers?).
By the way, will it effect my credit rating?the fact the AB declined my application.

Yes it will affect your credit rating. Every declined application affects credit score
they asked my questions i didn't know the answers for...couldn't get verified....will try again tomorrow, a bit concerned.

Remember if you were rejected this month the effect on your credit score will only reflect on your credit report from next month or so.

The credit questions can be tricked, you need to get them all correct I think.
