i haven't been able to get a hold of my pay@ number. its not on the statement, and the branch staff also didn't know where to find it

Do a settlement quote online n you will find it there

My easypay number no longer works and African Bank is not longer listed on the easypay website ️

I can confirm my easypay number is no longer registered on the easypay website and African Bank is no longer a registered user on the website as well

Yes, it is strange. I hope that they are not in the process of phasing it out.

Please confirm once the payment reflects on the African bank balance ... Just in case the checkers payment ends up reversing back to the original account e.g. FNB

The recipient shows African Bank, so the easypay number should still be linked. I also went to the AB branch to query it and they didn't know of any problems with easypay.

I'll report when it clears.

What's the easiest and cheapest way to withdraw positive balance from this card? I have been withdrawing at ABSA atm which is costly like 40 rands per withdrawals

Thats just the debit order going regardless if you owe anything or not. Very annoying.
