Just for someone starting off with this should know it is somewhat frustrating getting the credit card and online banking done. Had to make multiple trips to the branch where they probably spoke to everyone in the call centre.

Like others have mentioned the staff and service are not very good but hoping to benefit with it once all this is sorted.

So finally got the interest charges reversed

The call centre was useless as usual so basically I had to message African Bank on fb and they assigned someone to get feedback on the matter. Notice a refund in my account this morning

Think its R5 just check the pricing it was somewhere on the site.

It should be free. I've been doing this using ussd for a couple of months now with no charge.

Do you have a transactional banking account with them? I was under the impression those are yet to launch

When I log on and go to payments it gives me th option to load a beneficiary but when ive completed all info like acc number, acc type and bank it gives me the error. My transfers to my notice acc works perfectly...just the payments im struggling with..il call em monday and tell u what they say
