Thanks, ab head office say it works but blocked at certain sites. It didn't work on eBay for me today.

Which websites were you guys able to buy things from successfully?

Opened AB Notice account and swiped in store, no issues. I logged in to the website now, available balance is correct, but status says "not funded". Under Investments-Withdraw it says "no withdrawals available". How soon after funding the notice account we you guys able to withdraw the funds?

Edit: I can also successfully pull a statement for the notice account, just struggling to withdraw.

Maybe give it a day or so seeing as it is a new account. On my account I can deposit and give notice on the same day.

The guys at the branch told me that i gotta wait 30 days initially before i can withdraw anything front he notice account..

So if i open today.. i can only withdraw next month first time

You have a 7 day notice? I thought it was as simple as calling in and givin notice to withdraw

Logged in now, withdraw was available, did full withdrawal, funds will be in cheque account by 9th. Thanks for the tip Speedster.

My account is open what documents did you provide them with at the branch to activate the "withdraw" I am assuming this was to your fnb account?

They asked for my ID and cheque account statement which also had my address on it for proof of residence. They said that this was to open the account, and not to activate withdraw.

Withdraw option should automatically be available on the online portal a few hours after opening the account.

The withdraw goes to the account which you provide the statement for.

I did select my FNB account when I opened the account which was done online I just need to wait for the funded amount to reflect. Will the withdraw then go live? How do you put your notice in online?

Once logged in, from the "Investments" menu at the top, select "Withdraw" and follow the steps there

I dont understand the reasons for this card ? Can some please explain what is the appeal? Capitec's R35 card seems more affordable? Also virgin money's card is R0.

How much did you load on it at a time and in the last week? Apparently if you load too much at once the system blocks it automatically as a failsafe against money laundering...
