We're talking about different issues re the main topic of theft in this instance, but you can't admit that.

The only poster know to defend the ANC (or a faction thereof) is Excalibur, who was a race stirring troll who believed himself some kind of counterpart to the large contingent of right-wingers on the forum. What's ironic, or rather somewhat scary, is that the ANC literally has the power to change the tax laws that have got them in this bind in the first place. With their majority in parliament they could easily amend the income tax act to either exempt themselves from PAYE or do away with the concept altogether.
