I'm going through the comments and laughing. Low grade comedy gold, but comedy nonetheless. He obviously spends too much time with very grumpy people and they spend their days predicting doom and gloom, there's no time for sarcasm.
How am I supposed to know that?
Perhaps look at the US - IC3:I’d need an example of another country’s reporting on this, ideally it would mean they’re closer to preventing/solving cyber crime.
If it happens to be Mr Rupert?

Europe has something similar. But they're refining it.
Strangely, as for arrests, the US have been extremely busy the last year arresting in line with those stats, BEC outstripping malware. Hell, half of Nigeria ran away to Dubai and South Africa (okay, half is an exaggeration). Then they arrested Ray who thought he was safe.
Other things were also happening, example:

Cybercops derail malware botnet, FBI makes ransomware arrest
THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — European and North American cyber cops have joined forces to disrupt what may be the world's largest network for seeding malware infections...apnews.com
It's a full on war out there on cyber criminals.
Can you show similar here? Nope, we're to busy chasing our own politicians. A cyber security incident is if the wrong politician's dirty pics gets published.
You might have noticed in the IC3 report we're #6 ito victims:

South Africa can't presume on the above stats.

What do you mean he relies on me? This is an open forum. I post and respond to posts however and whenever I want to, for as long as my membership is still active.Thank you for the info. Now why does @TheChamp have to rely on you to rescue him? And what was the motivation for your altruism?
I'm going to be very confused when you show such. You are going to be very confused when you find the same person or business that funds the ANC also funds the DA, Freedom Front and other parties.
The Gupta's are your standard? Some businesses people have mentioned before that they fund multiple parties with more money going to the big parties, it's not a big revelation, The Guptas were found to be supporting both the ANC and the DA remember?
Oh please. The two of of you are symbiotic. What do you mean he relies on me? This is an open forum. I post and respond to posts however and whenever I want to, for as long as my membership is still active.
If it happens to be Mr Rupert?
The DA had to retrenched people some time ago, everyone is struggling, the ANC obviously cannot afford to retrench people so they will obviously struggle.
