How do you get Vodacom to cancel your contracts without paying penalties for non-delivery of a service. I have been complaining to Vodacom for more than a year now for slow internet. Most times there is a slight improvement and the next month it is the same. It does not matter if you have a phone or a data modem. I supposed to work from home with a ping of 70, a download speed of 1.23 Mbps and a upload speed of 0.26 Mbps. What a performance. Can anybody give the CEO email so that I can send this to him. Maybe I can get some help from the top.
