For Android you dont need any apps.You just need to understand the OS.

Create a folder on the root with a . in front such as .pron
Zip photos with any zip program and plonk it there then delete the original images..
Any folder with a . android ignores.So it wont show up in gallery.I zip incase someone is using file explorer on my phone.

Also add a ".nomedia" file into the folder. Your gallery apps won't look into those folders.
