Seriously? One doesn't need to have programme offices etc etc etc to solve this problem...

Stop fscking up the economy. Fix Eskom, Stop flip flopping on stupid shyte like EWC and the NHI... unemployment will fall steadily when things stabilise and the economy grows again.

Well you see, they've established a commission of enquiry who will in turn launch a probe.

That is the plan. To put together a team to come up with a plan.

They'll update us on with the progress (of establishing this committee) by no later than the next election cycle.
