Has anyone mentioned that the colonialists also brought government taxes from europe to africa? Just saying.

What do you think The zulu king even today do when he collects Kingdom taxes from his servants ? These people are already poor, now they pay municipal taxes and taxes to the kingdom ie. the selfmade dingleberry zuluking.

In pre colonialist history the same zulu kings and other tribal kings would generally operate on cattle taxation as the most common form.

The european taxation and in parts the taxation we know today also stems from a kingdom ideology of paying servitude taxes to your king with the idea they would use it to improve the kingdom for the betterment of those living in the kingdom.

Funny how you squeal about usury, but you "exploit" those that do not have a place to stay by charging them rent.

which one is it, I'm stupid to believe things and stupid enough to exploit people as well

since when is rent exploitation? have you got a reference?

Well then that makes Paul Krugman an uninformed fool who happened to win a Nobel prize in Economics.
Can you back that up? Last time I checked he is a Keynesian globalist that think central banks can just inflate their way out of any crisis and is absolutely nessecery.

He does has his moments though where he get some stuff right.

he is on record as saying fiat money is backed by men with guns

and even Keynes himself expressed doubts about fiat currency

Without central banks there will be chaos. Only an uninformed fool would regard central banks as being criminal.

where did I say Krugman doesn't like central banks
Okay. Its way too early to play semantic games.

Where did Krugman ever question the necessity of central banking, like you claimed above? Or if I'm misunderstanding this please clarify.

you have to rewind further back, the context of my comment I clarified previously in this thread with respect to the crimes central banks commit

if central banks come with guns, thats an alarm bell

the issue is that violence comes with the usury that central banks engage in

I did not suggest at any point he shares my views.

Yes I agree violence is a problem, but sometimes nessecery if someone doesn't want to pay up. That's why we have police and stuff to make sure people stay civilised and honour contracts.

However that is all completely besides the point. You name dropped Krugman as a authority that agrees with you. Please show me where Krugman ever said usury is bad or central banks aren't necessary.
