saying something terrible about Europeans is the very definition of racism, or can Black people NEVER be Racist, no matter what they say?

Apparently it is only "whites" that can be racist.
It is an apex crime for a/any "white" to say or do anything that can maybe/possibly be construed as racist by a/any "black", but there is nothing wrong if a "black" is openly racist towards a/any "white".
