I think the Dunning-Kruger effect is pretty much in full display in majority of the politicians in SA. Baleka Mbete, and others, continually expose themselves to this seemingly fact every time they are placed in a position to make calls on policy and political action in SA.

Majority of these freedom fighters that were part of the apartheid struggle were, rightfully so, applauded for their actions and sacrifices. Majority of the freedom fighters were given political roles that are highly important to the functioning of SA's public services. All of the politically active freedom fighters have shown themselves to suffer from Dunning-Kruger as not a single one has refused a critical political role by acknowledging one simple fact: I am not capable of fulfilling such a critical role whilst putting my party alliance second and the country first. They are all incapable of realising their own incompetence.

The ANC’s Baleka Mbete said the ANC cannot be blamed for the problems of South African society. This includes crime, which Mbete argues was brought to the country from Europe by the colonialists.
Probably spoke without a single thought.

The rest of the world have their own nutters of similar ilk to put up with. The Brits have Diane Abbot as shadow home secretary and the poor Americans have 'the squad' and the likes of Maxine Waters.....
Pinocchio! This one puts ears onto all of those collectively ... ;)

maybe send a memo to the people busy raping the Congo

and the last time I checked most of the PGM metals comes from Africa too

Keep on trying. You'll get that square peg to fit into that round hole .... eventually - if we decolonize logic.

nothing moral about usury, you lose
Apparently people haven't figured out that in a system where you can make money from the use of money it is the case that those with money get more money and those paying for the use of money have less money... leading to unsustainable unjust inequality. I feel sorry for the banker parasites when people start to realise how completely corrupt the current monetary system is and just how much faster we could have progressed if it wasn't for it.

Given most of the comments just in this thread, I doubt many people will start to realise anything in the near future.

LOL at Techne and saturnz trying to blame people stealing from, robbing, assaulting, raping and murdering each other on ursury, something brought by the colonialists, things that never ever happened before say 1486, amirite?

Also interesting to not see some people (very active in the DA thread) on here, wonder if they support this notion thus by their silence?

sure let's go back to the days when tribes went to war on each other over a few stolen cattle and sold their captives into slavery - whether to Arab slavers, or the Johnny-Come-Lately White people at the coast. Oh and let's not forget African style 'health' care - leave the sick out in the bush to die.

The apologists...desperately trying to deflect.
