Very convincing. Why do they feel the need to put incomplete academic qualifications in their biographies?

Most effective solution would be crime intelligence not 24/7 monitoring of such long stretches of road. It'll be a waste. ID them and nab them where they live is best. There must still be some functional parts of crime intelligence in amongst the crooks.

You might not like the man but at least admit that his fighting spirit and the will to overcome is what makes this country great.
