Since when is it about the suitability of a cadre? I have never heard them tell the ANC to only deploy suitable cadres.

Yes and she's gone. 2018 already. Not quite as bad as having an ambassador (Mohau Pheko) with fake qualifications though.

Back to my question you mentioned where the DA govern they deploy cadres. Can you name one from Ekurhuleni that is unsuitable.

That's the problem isn't it, there is no better cadre deployment, and certainly the DA did not ask the ANC to do better cadre deployment, Madikizela is not better because he lied about his qualifications while he was an MEC and not an ambassador.

Back to your question, I have just given you an unsuitable cadre as you asked, I don't know what else you want now.

Not really I know which party are the biggest hypocrites when it comes to unqualified, unsuitable cadres been deployed. From national ministers right down to local government. Many references' here's just one. Its for Gauteng but the national rate is far higher.
