Hi All,

I am a long time member, but created this account to maintain my anonymity :D

I need the help of the forum to reach my target of 100 participants, so please take 3 minutes to complete the survey and/or send it to friends/family/colleagues that are software developers to also complete.

I am conducting research as part of my MBA on the work-life balance of software developers in South Africa and would really appreciate your participation in my study if you are a software developer. The questionnaire is completely anonymous and all information will be used for research purposes only. The hope is that the results can provide evidence and guidance to software companies to improve the lives of their employees.

You can complete the 3 minute survey online at : https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3GPZCQW

Please let me know if you have any issues or questions.

Thank you for your help and support

I am 100% remote, the survey feels like it's geared towards people that have the choice to work remotely or in the office.

thanks to all so far, almost half way there :D

@flippakitten, yes that is the aim. To check if people feel like they have a better balance between work and life when working in the office or working from home. International research/literature suggests that it should be better when working from home, but this survey will provide a south african context and insight to devs preference with regard to work-life balance.

thanks to all that assisted thus far, however I still need at least 20 more participants.

Please pass this on to developers/programmers that you know.

thanks
