It is wise to fear HIM.
You're right, the idea of an "all-father" should not be taken lightly. It should be met with absolute scrutiny and raw evidence should be provided for such a thing.
It is unwise to fear something that doesn't exist anywhere other than in your, and only your, mind.

It's called anthropomorphism. Expression through emotion is not the same thing as being driven by emotions. The more you learn to guide them / experience them appropriately, rather than be guided by them, the more it starts making sense. All of that said, our emotions are grounded in our flesh nature - not so with God - so there's no 1:1 comparison that we can relate to.
Why are you bringing furry into this?

He does, he creates a thread every other week.
I guess that pastoor of his is making him uncomfortable. Probably called him a sinful fornicator because he spanks the monkey at home or "keeps it greasey" as Frank Zappa would say
