We noticed a slight drop in pressure, nothing significant - Die Wilgers. Our pressure is in any case far too high, many days peak at 1000 kPa. The regs say the maximum is supposed to be 600 kPa.

Any suggestion for borehole water purification system? I see I'm going to need it in the future with Rand Water's restrictions and the drought around the Vaal system. Already have the borehole but no tanks whatsoever.

Get an expert in to determine what is required. Start with a water analysis then plan what will be required for filtration.

We had no water for the entire Saturday. We've had terrible pressure for the past few weeks already. The rain is currently keeping my lawn alive, so it just needs to hit hard.

We have about 2 years of water in the system currently. A half decent rainy season and the system will be full again.

Do the analysis first, if no health impeding results are found a normal 5 filter filtration or reverse osmosis filtration system should be fine. Very few farmers use big and expensive filtration systems and use their water as is. Do not let yourself getting milked by overeager salesmen.
Some borehole water is even good for your teeth when it has some minerals like calcium.
