We found a bullfrog on our plot, coming out of the soil. Big bugger, almost as big as a salad plate.

This means that the chances for a good rainfall is extremely good.

edit : posted a pix of said dryed frorg bullfrog in the nature lovers thread...

That site is full of info. The issue is it is very often down and out, the updating is irregular. But fascinating never the less.
