Forbes has ranked the highest-paid authors in the world, showing how much the writers of Harry Potter, Game of Thrones and Fifty Shades of Grey earned in the past year.

Sad that these "top" authors earn only a fraction of what the "top" actors, musicians or sports players get - even though the publishing industry is bigger than the music or movie industries.
