Doesn't make much sense to me either...this is the one game where you'd expect him to be able to get on top of the batsmen and bully them a bit.

We still playing in Mumbai though, two spinners should be for Nagpur. Tough call to leave out Dale, but him not finishing his overs in our last game shows Faf doesn't have that much confidence in him right now

Uhhh, why would u bat first after the last game.

Make a big score, bowl them out or restrict them to a low one i.e. run rate concerns.

Could work the other way chasing but we don't want to put yourself under pressure to bat like that against spin.

This makes more sense. The pitches to date have shown that spin has proven to be more effective. If our batting line up of previous game cannot do the job, then we do not deserve to win.

Faf's contribution was ok today but I don't like his mindset at times.

In the last game we had a fast start so it seemed like he felt it ok to not be aggressive for a few overs. Those four quiet middle overs when he was batting added a bit to our downfall in the end. England were aggressive all the way through their innings.

Similarly, today we have a fast start and he feels it ok to pad away balls and leave some of them as well.

This is T20 where each ball is precious and we need to make maximum use of them.

He had to consolidate the other day...2 wickets fell close together. He got out just when he tried to cut loose. He makes okay choices...he's a good T20 player.
