Time to toss the coach and captains, get rid of all the consultants and get someone in who isn't afraid to take charge, put the players in their place and enforce some discipline.

In hindsight the planning for this event has been shocking.... that said you can be pretty sure that the same set of players will all be MVP's for their respective IPL teams in the same FSCKING conditions.... This had been another balls up by all concerned at another major event...Choking would even be complimentary, the performances levels have been woeful and smacks of arrogance and poor preparation.... stay the fsck in India and enjoy the IPL you fscking failures....YES that is exactly what you guys are !!!!

Agree 110%. Problem is that players cannot handle his strict discipline. When he was coaching the team some of our senior players (that have retired in the last 2 years) complained about his strict discipline. I have a lot of respect for Jennings but they will never appoint him as coach.

I wanted to believe that we bowled badly in the first two games because of the pitch.

I wanted to think the game against england was just a close game we lost for no real reason.

I wanted to think Afghanistan played really well.

I wanted to think we could beat the WI

then I wanted to believe SL could beat eng.


now I just want to stop watching cricket for a while. maybe we should just play a few years against like Netherlands, Scotland, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Ireland. just for the next 2 years that is all we need to remember why we love the game and why we play the game because this performance was just terrible...

He survived the dreadfull 50 over exit and the test decline. He will survive this as well. None of the better candidates will take the job because of the political interference. Only real option would be geof toyana from the lions.

Jennings doesn't work at the top professional level. Works at youth level but not at the top. Was told by smith,boucher & kallis to take a hike when he was in charge of the proteas. Failed at bangalore royal challengers as well.

He has no idea that you can't deal with harden professional players the same way you deal with youth teamers.

He should still be the youth team coach but he has no business anywhere close to a top professional team.
