Trying to get through to an MTN Cavendish,...to find out if my handset has been repair yet...call them, no one answers...call gets diverted to regional office...-some sweet lady answers..." I will transfer you to one of the staff's numbers...-guess what, voicemail...-

That's exactly why I don't have a contract, buy my phones for cash, and send phones in for repair directly with the manufacturer or retail outlet.

Didn't you get a job card with the HVRC number on it? U call that number and provide your job number - they advise on the status of your repair.

Way ahead of you ...since it is the 3rd time in less than 2 months the handset has been booked in, have a clear understanding of the process...Called HVRC yesterday, was advise "fixed "handset was despatched to store yesterday...called them again today...no record of the last book in...f'up much!!, clearly whomever I spoke to does not know the difference between the 5th and 6th month...hence me trying to get hold of the store itself....eventually did, by all the smoke screen and camouflage, and **** ...the damn thing was never booked in by the store. Pretty *** MTN experience...
