why must we be hard capped if they are upgrading? we are being told basically that they are limiting our speed as in there is no technical reason. Now helpdesk thinks thet because they are upgrading thats ok that we experience (obviously) strictly controlled slow speed. But its not. However, Sentech is so structured that we can do f-all about it.
Its my only access option (so I have been hesistant to *destroy* it )but believe you me when there is an iBurst or whatever I will be right there with you taking this company down. They dont deserve the right to have a licence. There are other groups in South Africa dying for a licence and they understand what a business model is unlike the incompetent Sentech.
