Was in Lynnwood yesterday between 4:30pm and 6pm and boy did it bucket down.
On the way back home 6 accidents on the highway 3 spin-offs

A bottlebrush in my garden was completely ruined sometime yesterday, The two main stems were broken off at ground level, The branches seemed to have simply exploded. Looks like a direct lightning strike coupled with very fierce winds. Was not at home so do not know first hand what happened and most of the neighbours are also away,

Washed my clothes yesterday. Managed to get the one denim and polo shirt dry enough for work, rest is still slightly damp.

Not complaining, we need the rain.

Stepped outside a couple of hours ago - greeted by a brilliant lineup of Jupiter, Saturn, Venus and the Moon...and a shitload of cloud-to-cloud lightning over in the SSW.
Looked like someone was trying to nuke the Moon for a minute :laugh:
