Southern Cape experiencing Berg winds and lekker warm temps. 31°c yesterday at 13:45 when I logged into the climate control system at one of our projects. If I'm not mistaken, we can expect cold in the next few days.

Another major cold-front will brush the SW-Cape and over the Eastern Cape this weekend (Sat 17th and Sun 18th), before pushing far up into the interior on Mon 19th and Tues 20th. Extremely cold daytime temperatures will be experienced over the eastern half of SA, with heavy snow likely over the Drakensberg and Lesotho:

Assuming this will be cloudless it should be amazing conditions for solar generation

I called it when asked about the shedding forecast for this weekend.

Looks like stage 4 the whole weekend long.

At least my fridge's on solar, no worries there :thumbsup:
