Borehole water or not in Rand Water restricted area?
You want regular people to abide by arbitrary rules due to a failing government and its infrastructure even if the citizen pays all of its taxes 5 times over?

Lets get that out of the way first and go from there

OK, use water for not really critical things (or you only watering your veggie garden?) until the taps run dry.

And for the record. The dams are full

But please go ahead and visit dischem tomorrow when they open. Vaseline is in aisle 5

Dams naturally make clean drinkable water? And they push the water out to our houses? I never knew. Thanks.

So the other Rand Water areas do not have Stage 2 like CoT where time of day has no relevance? Lucky.

They are actually prospering due to all the leaking pipes all over the city, where more than 36% of water is lost.
The DA should get their act together.

They have been long enough in control of the capital to get these kind of things fixed.

They are like Eskom, they will never get it under control. They fix the same leak over and over. It seems they do it by winding car inner tubes around the leak on high pressure pipes, like some farmers did on low pressure pipes ages ago. ;)

You guys in Tshwane use too much water, it's all those Jackaranda trees.
Granted that Tshwane has dense concentration but even in Midrand, from Harry Galaun towards walton road via 5th (or even new road), there must be at least 70+ jacaranda trees, if not more. Not entire length of all these roads but about 3km approx stretch/

Cut them down, add some water shedding

Problem solved
