It was crystal clear the day before.

Mine went like that without the rain :-( think the heat just spurred on some algae, as it was clear on Saturday, Sunday it was a little off and I was like okay I'll tackle it when I get home, yesterday it was like yours :-(

I know why ours is that dirty, see the pipe in the bottom left corner?

That is connected to the gutter to fill up the pool when it rains, however the house roof must have been filthy as heck due to no rain and all that dust/sand got washed in the pool.

We had to because the pool was quite low on water and we couldnt run the pump because it was so low, but now its filled to the brim.

Yeah that makes sense, easy to sort out, mine was heat + pine needles + pine needles... I have basically pulled out an entire pine tree from the pool, yet the muncipality still won't trim them.
