Dont you just love these mbb articles.......

Stating the obvious but this country has such a vile level of corruption, thievery, crime, laziness and incompetence in every bloody government politician, agency, SOE, in society at large. I guess it just hit me on a deeper level today. A culture of it woven absolutely everywhere, the depth of it just dumbfounding, it's really impressive actually how far it extends. **** this place is hopeless.

I'd be surprised if it's only 2/3. Saw first hand many years ago already how people who gave a damn were actively attacked and chased out of dha to be replaced by scum. Much the same happened to other government departments over the years. You don't change that situation by firing a few examples.

Just got my sons ID applied for this last week as he is in matric. What an utter fiasco. Last year during November and December we were turned away 3 times because of the offline Bullshyt excuse and during this last week after 7 hours of queuing we got the fingerprints done only to have to come back the next morning and do it all again because the system went offline around 2:15. on both days only 1 counter open to process the applications and 1 counter open for collections. So 6 counters not in use. The cANCer are all about efficiency.........African efficiency

And the clowns that keep voting for the useless chief and his vermin are happy to wallow in the crap

Sounds like the usual home affairs nonsense. Why not try do it through the banks?

It is all done now. We did for a while. You have to book a "slot" online which seems impossible and the nearest banks that do this to us are in Centurion which is over 50 km away.
