The most popular mobile operator among SA techies

Quite surprising to see Cell C ahead of Telkom. Vodacom on top; that's to be expected amongst every job category.

I'm on Vodacom and almost 100% happy, but thinking of moving to Telkom. Their product pricing seem to be aligned with my wallet's reach
 
I'm with back on Vodacom after 2 painful years with Cell C and very very happy! I have wifi at home, work and in the car so their horrific data pricing does not affect me and I would guess that this is the case with the "tech's" polled in these results.

For people who rely on data bundles, the other operaters and their cheaper pricing would lure them me thinks.
 
I can see why MTN would be sweating over the idea of a Telkom-Cell C merger. The gap between no.2 & no.3 would be less than 4%
 
This survey is completely accurate MTN is my primary network but I know Vodacom has the fastest and widest network
