I've just started using it and I'm no longer jealous of the P1's shortcuts. It's called Gdesk and it finally allows us complete customisability of UIQ3's desktop (it works excellently on my P990i). It's really brilliant and its free for the moment (but good enough even I would pay for it if they charged).
